HOPEVisiT is an evangelistic outreach to remote communities during Christmas to share the Good News of Christ with individuals and families. Most of these villages where a HOPEVisiT event is hosted have no Bible believing churches and some have never heard the gospel of Jesus. Through this event, we mobilise support from Christian individuals, families and churches to encourage them to pray and to share Christ’s love with the needy or least reached people. It is a week of hope, encouragement, and comfort for people living in poor areas.
Teams are made up of 6 - 10 people from different Churches/countries to serve others with their God-given gifts and knowledge. Teams are encouraged to meet a need of the host Church and the community as the Lord may enable them.
Teams stay in the villages and are involved in house-to-house evangelism, personal witnessing, open-air crusades, film shows, counselling, prayer sessions, Children programmes, leadership training and other evangelistic activities aimed at achieving the goal of bringing the hope of Christ through His birth to the people.
