We are looking for an operations manager to provide administrative support for the teacher training team at the Teacher Training Centre in Kabwe and teachers in the OM community schools in Kabwe. Skills required for this position include excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills, organizations and planning skills, proficiency in typing, telephone, filing and other clerical skills, and a high level of computer literacy.
This is a crucial role and includes a variety of tasks, such as:
Provide staff support for the maintenance of various academic and policy manuals, keeping information updated and dispersed to the appropriate persons
Requisitioning, ordering, and purchasing office and school supplies
Receiving, processing.
